1, strictly control additive use

The catalyst used in the production of polyurethane foams often gives a strong odor and also fogging on the inner window of the car. We can find alternatives to these amines using polyhydroxy compounds, which are not only components of the polyurethane molecular chain, but also have the same catalytic activity, some polyols can even replace half of the tertiary amine catalyst, so that The smell of injection molding products is diminished.  

2, use a more pure resin

a lot of plastic guess, especially in polyvinyl chloride, styrene, polyethyl acetate and acrylate, etc. A small amount of monomer will have an unpleasant smell. The use of a resin with a small amount of monomer residue can eliminate those odors, and if the odorless resin is selected, the effect is better.

3, pay attention to the use of adsorbent

If a small amount of zeolite is filled in the polymer, it can remove the odor of the data. Zeolites have a lot of crystal vacancies that capture small molecules of odorous gases.
